Ultimate Dumpsters is truly top-notch. I accidentally ordered the wrong size dumpster, and when they delivered it and realized it wouldn’t fit, the crew couldn’t have been nicer. We used ultimate dumpsters for our father’s estate. The driver was amazing, and SO PROFESSIONAL. There had been a miscommunication with the scheduling, but the driver was patient and friendly. In such a difficult time, with so much uncertainty, my brother and I were SO GRATEFUL. We would highly recommend this company, and will use them in the future.

I ordered a potty and needed it for only a few weeks. It's cheaper to pay the per month rate then the daily rate. So, I paid for 1 month. I spoke to them on the phone before ordering and made it clear I did not need it for multiple months.
I had assumed since I paid for a single month that they would pick it up at the end of the month. Instead, there was not pick up and 3 days into the second month they charged my cell phone for a second month. I contacted them regarding. When I called for an adjustment, they refused.
1. Don't trust anything they say on the phone
2. Read the fine print in their agreement.
3. If you use them. Be sure to send an email with an exact pick-up date as soon as you order the dumpster as they will ignore your phone conversation and will continue to auto bill your credit card well past your needs.

The most ridiculous experience with this company . Ordered a Dumster from ultimate Dumster , when it was time for the Dumster to be picked up, they said they have to come back and pick it up because we have to get rid of some black bags that was inside of the Dumster, okay understandable. They never mentioned anything about a trip fee of $262 dollars. Also, they didn’t charge the $262 immediately after the Dumster was picked up, maybe 3 weeks after the Dumster was picked up then I was charged, which was a few days ago. Before all of this happened, I ordered a second Dumster from them, I called on a Thursday and I asked for a 20 yard Dumster to be delivered the next day, the gentleman on the phone told me , sure that will be done. I also received a message from them saying my order was in the process. On Saturday when my workmen went to get work done, there was no Dumster . When I called and asked about my Dumster,The gentlemen told me “what do you want me to do about that” when I was charged 1200 for a Dumster already. Anyways, They kept lying and saying it will arrive soon, after two hours the Dumster arrived and there was a pile of dirt inside, they claimed I will get a refund, I’m still waiting for someone to call me back about the issue, it’s been over one week. I literally call them everyday .
