Lug Away removed the carpet at the house we recently purchased very professionally, as well as helped to remove various debris and old paint buckets that were lying around after the previous owners left.
They completed the job in the timely manner and their employees were very friendly.
Would definitely recommend working with them! We’ll be contacting them in the future if we have any more disposal needs!

Very organized and professional. I have worked with Lugaway a few times on projects ranging from very easy to very challenging, and they have been great. I did not worry about my house getting damaged when they removed a large item from my third floor attic and took it down a very tight winder stairway. If you value professionalism these are the folks to use.

I was absolutely blown away by the team's professionalism, friendliness, and "can-do" attitude. They worked quickly and efficiently, tackling every task with enthusiasm and care. There was no job too big for the workers — even when we had to add more items after our initial walkthrough, they took the new challenges in stride without missing a beat. Their work ethic was outstanding, and they remained courteous and thorough throughout the entire process. We would not hesitate to book their services again and will be recommending Lug Away to anyone who may need it.

A recent Lug Away removals appointment was handled with expert professionalism and expertise by Mike and Reece. Collectively and individually they did such nice jobs of carefully maneuvering and moving items out and into the truck. It was an easy smooth removals appointment and as repeat Lug Away customers we could not have been more pleased.

Customer service was great, the people were great but the quote I got was insane for 2 mattresses and a boxspring. 3 items in total and I brought all items to first floor to make it easy. Upon arrival I was quoted for $485 dollars for 5 minutes worth of work. Outrageous pricing and the on site quote seems a bit ridiculous for them to come all the way out and leave with out work. Seems like a waste of time. Very nice people but ridiculous cost.
