I was really impressed with how quickly they put me on their calendar and how well they communicated with me along the way. The young man who came to take my junk away was very nice and totally impressed with his ability to handle, what I thought, was impossible pieces to handle alone but it did it!!

Scheduled a time for them to come and quote and get stuff. Never communicated they were canceling.
Called and rescheduled and they still never communicated or showed up. When I called in both times the person who answered tried to help but their boss said all appointments had been canceled. This is not a company I would use or attempt to use
The only professional person they have is the person who answered the call

Set up a confirmed appointment for a sofa removal and took off time from work to be at home during the 6-8 time period. They never called or showed up to remove my sofa and when I emailed them regarding this they offered no customer service whatsoever and just emailed me a cancellation two days later. Be careful when using this company.

Junk King came out gave a great quote and did a great job hauling away in a very timely manner. Would recommend to everyone. Very well priced.
