0 Stars if possible. I was helping my Fiance move out of their old house, we have to be out by the end of the week becuase that is when the lease is up. I scheduled an appointment to pickup the trash after we had gotten everything out of the house. I had an appointment last night from 4PM - 6PM and when they did not show up by 6PM I called into the office to get information. The office said they couldn't reach the drive team, but they were on their way. 6:30 I called and was given the same information. 6:45 I called and was given the same information. 7PM I called and they told me there was an issue with the driver and they were not able to come, but they could reschedule to next week. After I told them this would not work becuase of the lease agreement and the day I needed to be out of the house they did not offer any concession and told me I am out of luck. Terrible company. NEVER USE

Booked with Junk King 2 weeks in advance. Told me they’d call 15-20 minutes before they got there, everything was confirmed. I called the main line 10 minutes before our 8-10am window ended, and they told me to wait another 15-20 minutes before telling me that the crew tried to get in touch with me. Assuredly, i never received a phone call from anyone and had to reach out to them. Couldnt schedule us in the same day, so I went with Junk Moved instead. They were phenomenal and I recommend their services! I do not recommend Junk King to anyone unfortunately.

I called for an estimate, I was there for the window given. 23 minutes after the time I was supposed to get an estimate, I called. They didn't have drivers available.... They might be able to help next week. I would not have known had I not called them. Not happy.

I was really impressed with how quickly they put me on their calendar and how well they communicated with me along the way. The young man who came to take my junk away was very nice and totally impressed with his ability to handle, what I thought, was impossible pieces to handle alone but it did it!!

Scheduled a time for them to come and quote and get stuff. Never communicated they were canceling.
Called and rescheduled and they still never communicated or showed up. When I called in both times the person who answered tried to help but their boss said all appointments had been canceled. This is not a company I would use or attempt to use
The only professional person they have is the person who answered the call
