I was really impressed with how quickly they put me on their calendar and how well they communicated with me along the way. The young man who came to take my junk away was very nice and totally impressed with his ability to handle, what I thought, was impossible pieces to handle alone but it did it!!

I once got food poisoning from Applebees. And that was a better experience than Junk Kings South Bend.
I ordered a two man team for removal of heavy appliances with an 11 a.m. appointment. 2 o’clock rolls around and finally the truck pulls up….One guy, that left after 5 minutes with a “I’ll be right back.” Never came back, customer service said “we are having personnel issues, it’s been reported to a manager”, and I’m still sitting waiting for a truck.
Reading the other reviews I understand this is normal. Either only one guy shows up, the truck is late, or both.
Called College Kids Junk, they had a 2 man truck out within an hour. Call them instead. Junk Kings will waste your time.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Contacted to remove a riding lawnmower and mattress. They didn’t show when scheduled the first time, and cancelled my appointment without any explanation. Showed up late the second time, didn’t take the mower, and told me he’d have to return for it. After multiple conversations with franchise support, was informed they were unable to provide further assistance.

Set up a confirmed appointment for a sofa removal and took off time from work to be at home during the 6-8 time period. They never called or showed up to remove my sofa and when I emailed them regarding this they offered no customer service whatsoever and just emailed me a cancellation two days later. Be careful when using this company.

We had an appointment window from 1-3 and no one showed up, or called to say they might be delayed. Around 7 I get a text offering to come and give us an estimate. After they arrived they offered a discount of 8% off to make up for me wasting 2 hours of my day.
