This was a great experience. They drop off and pick up the dumpster. It was a walk in dumpster so it made it easy to load. They contacted me 15-20 min before they came so I didn’t have to wait the whole four hour block. I would have made it 5 stars but I didn’t know it would be a “mini” dumpster until after the deposit was paid. I am new to the state and don’t know about dumpsters so when I saw the price, I jumped right on it. I spoke with a representative and it never came up that it was going to be so small. I anticipated filling the dumpster halfway for my budget, but once I saw how small it was, I had to come up with more money as I KNEW I would fill it up.
Nonetheless, it was a good price, didn’t charge by the weight and I had it for three days. I would DEFINITELY use them again!
Oh yes, the drivers are very nice and professional as well!

Ethan and his crew were extremely professional, communicated beautifully throughout the entire process, and helped me make sure my transaction went through while I'm out of state. Huge weight lifted off my shoulders and am very grateful for their work!

A huge shout out to the Junk King crew from the Fort Worth/Aledo offices. I called at the last minute to have modular furniture hauled off from our office building. I didn't estimate exactly how much it would be. They sent one truck and then quickly realized that it would take over 3 trucks to get everything. They quickly responded and at one point we had 8 guys clearing our office building. They were all so courteous and polite.
I would recommend them over and over to anyone I know.

I'll definitely use them again, cannot say enough good things about them. I was able to get same day drop off and pick up. My driver JACK was friendly and exactly on time and his communication with me was excellent. Their price was way more reasonable than a few other inquiries around Fort Worth as well.
