David demonstrated professionalism , his strong work ethics and you should be very proud to have him on your team. He was very polite and patient today as we received a 30 Yard dumpster and also picked up a full one. He spoke to me with knowledge and answered all my concerns during this exchange.

This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The office staff consistently talked over me and seemed more interested in arguing than actually helping. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was connected to Jennifer, who finalized my order—but in hindsight, that should have been my first warning sign.
I manage multiple locations that require dumpster services, but I refuse to give business to a company that treats its customers so poorly. I was not informed of a key policy upfront, yet when I called for pickup, I was told I had been—which was simply not true. Gina later called to confirm they would pick up the dumpster the same day, which I appreciated. However, during that call, she asked me to take down my review because it was making the company "look bad." She also insisted that no one had been rude to me because she had listened to the calls. When I expressed that this was a dismissive response, she replied, “Well, there’s no pleasing you.” This showed a complete lack of accountability and professionalism.
Fortunately, I did not overfill the dumpster, but I do think they need to revise their guidelines on how much a 10-yard dumpster can realistically hold—it’s very misleading.
The one bright spot was Vito, who handled both the delivery and pickup. He was polite, answered all of my questions, and even apologized for the poor communication from the office staff.
While I won’t be using this company again, I sincerely hope they reconsider their approach to customer service. In today's world, a little kindness and respect go a long way—you never know what someone might be going through. I’m just one customer among thousands, but I hope my experience prompts some needed change.

Do Not rent from this company. My relative recently used their service as a dumpster was needed for renovations. However, each time they were called to dump and remove there was an extra fee attempting to be charged. The city has road closures and repairs? They used this as a segue to incur extra charges for something that is no fault of the customer. They also tried to say that the dumpster weighed more, it was issue after issue from start to finish with them. By the 2nd pick up, they were advised to return the dumpster to sender as they were more of a headache than it was worth. The dumpster isnt deep enough, the charges are insane, and customer service sucks.

Truthfully one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Nonstop calls and harassment. They are hostile and disrespectful about the most minor things. Dealing with them was a utter disaster and I will never do it again. I also recommend everyone reading this to do the same. Be wise and use other Dumpster services.
