This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The office staff consistently talked over me and seemed more interested in arguing than actually helping. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was connected to Jennifer, who finalized my order—but in hindsight, that should have been my first warning sign.
I manage multiple locations that require dumpster services, but I refuse to give business to a company that treats its customers so poorly. I was not informed of a key policy upfront, yet when I called for pickup, I was told I had been—which was simply not true. Gina later called to confirm they would pick up the dumpster the same day, which I appreciated. However, during that call, she asked me to take down my review because it was making the company "look bad." She also insisted that no one had been rude to me because she had listened to the calls. When I expressed that this was a dismissive response, she replied, “Well, there’s no pleasing you.” This showed a complete lack of accountability and professionalism.
Fortunately, I did not overfill the dumpster, but I do think they need to revise their guidelines on how much a 10-yard dumpster can realistically hold—it’s very misleading.
The one bright spot was Vito, who handled both the delivery and pickup. He was polite, answered all of my questions, and even apologized for the poor communication from the office staff.
While I won’t be using this company again, I sincerely hope they reconsider their approach to customer service. In today's world, a little kindness and respect go a long way—you never know what someone might be going through. I’m just one customer among thousands, but I hope my experience prompts some needed change.

Galluzzo Brothers is the best, never had an issue with them. Always on-time and always accommodating. Cant even count the amount of times Ive called last minute and they make it work, whether its a pick-up or drop-off. They have great customer service and the best prices around. They also make it very easy to order, just call up and the container is there when you need it.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Galluzzo Brothers Carting for an absolutely seamless experience. Their driver was professional, knowledgeable and respectful. The pickup was flawless and on time.
In my line of work, I use dumpsters quite a bit and I'm glad I found these guys. They're now my go-to.

Rude, unprofessional service. The lady answering the phone to obtain information hang up the phone, before I could ask more questions. Faced a situation when the truck driver came to pick up the dumpster, there was a resident of association complex that parked his vehicle next to the dumpster. I was not given opportunity to reach out to the manager of the complex to locate the driver to remove the vehicle. Galluzzo Brothers truck driver was so rude, he stated to my workers that I will not wait for this truck to be moved, you will pay fee anyway!
On his way out the complex, the blocked vehicle owner came and drove away. The truck driver of Galluzzo Brothers seen him driving away and stated that I am not picking up the dumpster- you will pay the fee. And left.
Then I went on my Credit Card account to review transactions, and noticed that I was charged twice the same charge of $825. When I reached out via email, I was told that since I ordered another container and than canceled, they can only refund me $725. I did place an order for another container and than called the same day to cancel, due to the service I was provided and due to the price. I was able to obtain the same size container from a different company for $628.
Seams that they charge $100 for a phone call.
We have been in business for over 20 year and have not dealt with such rude people as I did at Galluzzo Brothers. It cost me extra money and unnecessary stress. I hope that they will treat other businesses owners with courtesy, and I hope this review will help them to improve the way they speak to people. Best wishes!

Such an amazing company. From setting up our account to picking up on time, I can't express how happy & easy you have made our business transaction. Everyone is friendly and your always on time. Not too pricey and I would recommend them to every business looking for a dumpster rental service.
