Make sure to follow contract rules to the letter! Its strict but reasonable.
I only recommend that they give out tare receipts for overages on weight rather than being asked.

I attempted to place an order. I responded w/ an email & included all requested info. An associate named Adam called me back to process my order, but there was an issue w/ the zip code. After giving him info of two credit cards the same issue. He directed me to call my credit card companies, which I did. They informed me the charges went through, then we're refunded. The company's ordering system would not allow the order to go through. I called Eagle dumpster rental back & was informed nobody was available to process the order. The receptionist was very patient & explained only sale managers could process payments.
I thought the email I sent & the calls on the phone were all in vain. However,
Adam called me back and assured me he would get the order filled.
I really appreciate him going above and beyond & providing good customer service.
I strongly recommend using their service.

DO NOT get a dumpster with this company. I swapped from a 15 yard dumpster to a 30 yard immediately after noticing it was going to be to small. They told me it will be $100 more. Now they are telling me I had to pay $350 for the swap of an empty dumpster. Mind you they just went in and charged my card 3 times!!! I told him this last time don’t charge my card until we figured it out and he still did it. If I was told that I would have kept the 15 yard dumpster!!!! Now this one dumpster costed me $920!!!! DO NOT BUY WITH THEM!!!!

On our 3rd swap out the driver took the dumpster and didn't come back for 2.5 hours. After multiple phone calls, he brought it back. Obviously work was Goin and the debris just built up. Then after the same exact material that went in the first 2 dumpsters I was charged an extra 330.00 because I was told the last dumpster weighed literally twice as much. That's impossible. Even if it rained on the already half wet leaves, that couldn't happen. There is 2 years of work about to start on this very expensive property. Thousands and thousands of dollars or rentals will be needed. If this issue isn't rectified immediately, they will never be used at this location ever again. Again, it would be IMPOSSIBLE for my tonnage to be double on my last load. Something isn't adding up. I hope they do the right thing, the smart thing.

Ordered a dumpster to delivered on Tuesday April 15 because I needed it to be available first thing Wednesday morning April 16. They confirmed this was possible and took payment in full for the dumpster. Approximately 1 hour after making the booking and paying in full, they sent an email saying they were overbooked and couldn't drop off the dumpster Tuesday, I stressed I needed it first thing Wednesday morning, they said thank you for understanding. Fast forward to Wednesday, 9:31am, still no dumpster, I call and emailed, they called back and said they couldn't get there till 11, they were experiencing delays.
