I’ve dealt with a variety of different disposal companies but Daisy exceeds expectations by a landslide. Great prices, great service, very responsive and friendly staff. Even the dumpster was extremely clean which was shocking. Highly recommend Daisy Disposal!

Daisy disposal provided our company with fantastic and high quality service. Their drivers were very helpful and talented. After I was unable to make space on our street, we had to reschedule. It was not a problem for the exceptional customer service division of this waste management company. I'm happy I found a family owned business to support our demo/renovations. Thank you, Daisy!

You’d see no stars if the option was there! This is going to be the most detailed review I could give because I’ve never been more infuriated before in my life. Our dumpster was supposed to be removed yesterday, we call them and ask them if they’re removing the dumpster, they advise us it’ll be removed the following day because they’re busy. Meanwhile we have electricians coming the following day and we explain that we need it removed. Fast forward to this morning, my electricians arrive, dumpster still in the driveway and we had to have an emergency electrician come out because whoever did our house previously did such a poor job our house could burn down (reflected in my phone calls), getting to the point, they can’t access our electrical box because of the dumpster. I call the company and I’m asked if I EVEN SCHEDULED A PICKUP FOR TODAY, I’m expressing that it needs to be moved or we won’t be able to stay in our home because we have no power, no heat and I’m told I’ll get a call back in 10 min. 25 min later, nothing so I call where I receive a heavy sigh and I’m working on it, but it will probably be picked up today. I’m like I feel like you’re not hearing me I need it gone, literally now, and it was supposed to be removed yesterday. Another I’ll call you back in ten minutes, leads to me calling her back an hour later when there’s no call back. This time she tells me that she can’t reach the dispatch center and doesn’t know when they’re coming and she will call me back in ten minutes. Finally after my electricians leave and we have no power, no heat until tomorrow, I get a call back that they will be here in possibly an hour.
Update: they’ve finally removed the dumpster 1.5 hours after the last call, which seems like a win as the other reviewers haven’t had much luck! Now we’re just out of money for a hotel, no power, no heat and an, “I’m sorry, we have a high call demand.” Oh and a call from the manager that never came!
The driver that dropped off the dumpster: amazing incredible, kind, perfect ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’d invite him to Thanksgiving dinner he was so great!

UPDATE: since I cannot add comments on top of the response to my post. That dumpster was supposed to be removed the DAY PRIOR and same day pickup??? it was SUPPOSED TO BE REMOVED THE DAY PRIOR. You didn’t do us any favors. It was kind and courteous of us to allow you to have poor managing skills of your drop off and pickups (common problem per reviews). No my electrical issues aren’t your problem, your problem is being unable to maintain proper scheduling and because you could not do that, it cost my family our home for another night, our kids, animals. You dropped the dumpster off and then didn’t come get it on time, you took it upon yourself to decide to not get it that day and had we not reached out yesterday and today, you would have not come to get it today either. This place unprofessional and unreal.

We rented a dumpster to clean out my Father-in-laws house. Customer service was very helpful and easy to deal with. When the dumpster was delivered, the gentleman was very pleasant and professional. If I ever need a dumpster again I would definitely use Daisy Dumpsters again!!!

They will NOT pick up your dumpster for days after they agreed upon a pickup date that you paid for when you ordered the dumpster!!! VERY unprofessional! Will be jockeying cars for days on end waiting for them to come remove their property from your valuable parking spaces :)
