I’m using Bin Drop for my home renovation project. I feel like a VIP, though I’ve never worked with the company before. The website is very easy to use, though I scheduled my bin over the phone. Michelle was exceptionally courteous and professional in assisting me. I didn’t get the name of the gentleman who dropped off the bin, and he was fantastic as well! Getting the bin placed exactly where I wanted it in my driveway was a breeze. He also showed me how to operate the door. Finally, I received a follow up phone call from Michael, who was checking in to ensure that I had a good experience. This company is doing so much right! If you need a dumpster, look no further than Bin Drop!
