Extremley rude on the phone where they were basically yelling at me for following instructions that the driver who dropped off the dumpster tole me.
Refused to pick up dumpster (I told them to pick up an hour and a half before closing) and charged me for an extra day had to run a charge back on it.
Do not do business with them there are cheaper companies with better service and actually treat their customers with respect.

I have used Atlas twice now. I have to say that it couldn't have been easier to get rid of my junk. Staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. Simple process, great price, in and out fast. I thoroughly recommend

We were in a pickle for a 40 yard roll up dumpster. Vinny from Atlas came through at the last minute. Driver was courteous and experienced to get the dumpster in a tight space. The price was right. We highly recommend this company and will use them again for our cleanouts.
