We used ultimate dumpsters for our father’s estate. The driver was amazing, and SO PROFESSIONAL. There had been a miscommunication with the scheduling, but the driver was patient and friendly. In such a difficult time, with so much uncertainty, my brother and I were SO GRATEFUL. We would highly recommend this company, and will use them in the future.

I ordered a potty and needed it for only a few weeks. It's cheaper to pay the per month rate then the daily rate. So, I paid for 1 month. I spoke to them on the phone before ordering and made it clear I did not need it for multiple months.
I had assumed since I paid for a single month that they would pick it up at the end of the month. Instead, there was not pick up and 3 days into the second month they charged my cell phone for a second month. I contacted them regarding. When I called for an adjustment, they refused.
1. Don't trust anything they say on the phone
2. Read the fine print in their agreement.
3. If you use them. Be sure to send an email with an exact pick-up date as soon as you order the dumpster as they will ignore your phone conversation and will continue to auto bill your credit card well past your needs.
