When I needed to change dates, they were incredibly flexible and accommodating, which made everything so much easier on my end.
Their pricing was very reasonable, and they were both professional and genuinely friendly. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I truly couldn’t recommend them enough—if you need junk removal, these are your guys!

Junk Heros did an amazing job with our junk removal in Saugus, Massachusetts. They arrived on time, worked fast, and completely cleared out a porch that was packed with junk, boxes, and old items. The before-and-after difference was incredible.
Professional, efficient, and very respectful of the property. Pricing was fair and the process was stress-free from start to finish.

Excellent and prompt communication. Very polite and courteous. Clear pricing structure. These guys WANT TO WORK and were very flexible for our unique situation. Our plans kept shifting and changing and they were patient and accommodating as things unfolded. My dad has dementia so he was very difficult to work with but they did great and were very sensitive to our tough situation. We really appreciated that! They ended up just helping us load up our own truck instead of junk removal. But we'll 100% call them when we're ready for phase 2.

It is a pleasure to recommend The Junk Heroes of Salem, MA! Their response time from estimate to disposing of my items was quick and easy. The owner Henrique was professional and polite, and he insisted on sweeping up after the job even though he left little dirt behind. I was also impressed that even after I paid him, Henrique came back to my house the next day to complete one more task. He is a man of his word!
