Excellent job! Came over today for a quick quote which ended up being competitive and fair. He was able to come back on the exact same day to complete the job quickly, efficiently and courteously. Very happy with the end result and definitely would recommend their service. Even wanted to do a final walk-through to make sure everything that I wanted taken care of was in fact handled correctly.

I cleaned out 2 closets and basement, left with a large pile of junk and stuff to be thrown away. I made a call this morning, and set up a time for a live quote and removal within the next 2 hours. They were professional and responsive, they kept me updated via text the entire way through. Provided a fair price and once agreed started a quick removal and sweep of the area. Overall A+ service and professionalism, I would highly recommend these guys for any junk removal.

Henrique responded to my inquiry within less than 24 hrs and provided a quote and removal day that fit my schedule.They removed a sleeper sofa & desk chair for us from the 3rd floor quickly and efficiently. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again in the future.

It is a pleasure to recommend The Junk Heroes of Salem, MA! Their response time from estimate to disposing of my items was quick and easy. The owner Henrique was professional and polite, and he insisted on sweeping up after the job even though he left little dirt behind. I was also impressed that even after I paid him, Henrique came back to my house the next day to complete one more task. He is a man of his word!
