In remodeling our newly purchased older home, we realized that we needed a container (dumpster) fast. We called every southern Utah dumpster company we could find. Having professionally taught ‘world class customer service’ for many years, we recognized less than ideal and even poor customer service in searching for the right company. When we found and called Sunny Desert Dumpsters we immediately recognized all the aspects of world class customer service in talking with Joe, the business owner. He was great to talk with, the price was more than fair, and our expectations were surpassed with how quickly and expertly the delivery was made. We are loading already and have decided that over the years that Joe and his company will be our ‘go to’ business given that we know he seeks to always surpass expectations and we are already raving fans of his business ethics, fairness and honesty! You can’t go wrong going with Sunny Desert Dumpsters and Joe, the owner!! Instead of the 5 stars normally suggested, Joe deserves 500 stars, which is what we give him!!

Absolutely outstanding service! From start to finish, this company made the whole process so simple and stress-free. The dumpster was delivered right on time, placed exactly where I needed it, and picked up promptly when I was done. The pricing was fair with no hidden fees, and the customer service team was friendly, professional, and super responsive. We needed a dumpster and called a couple of different places. Joe at Sunny Desert Dumpsters was so accommodating and helpful. He told us he would get a dumpster delivered that afternoon, he let us pay over the phone with no additional fee for using a credit card, and he said we could have a couple of extra days with no additional charge. The dumpster came within a couple of hours, and it was really clean which is so important! Joe told us if we had any questions we could call him anytime. Wow, that is what I call service!
