Kevin and his team were fantastic. We gathered multiple quotes for this playhouse to be removed from our backyard (it was getting moldy). He gave me a very reasonable price and was able to come out just a day later.
The work was done quickly and clean. You never would have know they were there.

I contacted Kevin on Thursday, and he came out on Friday and got my whole garage cleared out in 30 minutes. I highly recommend St John's junk removal they get the job done. See before and after photos.

Kevin gave a great quote to drain and remove a hot tub and came out the next day to complete the work. He is such a nice guy and cleaned up the area where it was removed. I would absolutely recommend and would use his company again for any removal/demo work!

Kevin did a great job on demo in my historic home. He cleared out a kitchen; two bathrooms; and a laundry room. The house was cleaned up at the end of each day and they stayed on my job until it was complete. I would definitely recommend their services and will use them again in the future.
