I found this company online and they had the most competitive prices. I wanted to have the dumpster for 20 days, and many of the other companies were only 10 days. It was so easy to reserve it online. I was also able to schedule the pick up all online. It was delivered exactly when they said and the driver so very skilled - he had to do a 20-point turn to get the roll-off exactly in my tiny driveway. I would highly recommend them!

Used their services already 4 times and gladly will request this companie's service again! They answered phone right away, no waiting. Delivery of our dumpster was available next day. They have the right sizes in stock too. Placed dumpster exactly where we asked every time. Removed as soon as next day after the request. Priced very reasonably and no hidden fees. Great customer service!

Chad was our representative. Although, everyone we spoke with were very attentive to our needs. I rented a 20 yard dumpster for my father-in-law to clean out his sheds. It was delivered on the day requested. Within a few days, it was filled. Called for a pick up and replacement, they arrived the next day. After we finished, I called for pick up. It was removed the next day. I was not overcharged. They were very professional. I would definitely use them again.

I really wanted to love this company but unfortunately now I am telling everyone I know to stay AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I rented this dumpster for roughly 6 months and paid on time. The communication was a problem from the start. After the 20 something day was up I was asking to extend the rental for 2 more weeks. They didnt communicate with the driver so I called them immediately asking why the driver was picking up my dumpster???? Thank God I had security cameras and saw it being picked up. They really said "did you tell the driver to leave it? " ummmmm first of all this is yalls problem for not communicating the extended time to the driver. Plus I was at work when this happened. The driver wasted his time coming to my house to pick up a dumpster i rented for 2 more weeks. He brought it back with no problem. I extended again and guess what!? Yup! They didnt let the driver know! AGAIN! When I called I asked why is this happening again??? They said " i didnt make a payment". I paid $200 and it was invoiced. Then they got quiet. Once again driver wasted his time. I was NEVER rude or disrespectful to anyone. And I made my payments on time and paying for multiple weeks in advance.
I had 2 deaths in the family and we were cleaning out 2 houses and a barn. The last thing I needed was a dumpster company threatening to pick up my dumpster. If this is how yall treat paying customers I would hate to see how yall treat non paying customers. Your policy says "customer must call to schedule dumpster pickup" so why were yall calling and emailing me threatening to pick it up??????
I sent them an email and never got an apology for their rude unprofessional actions. But they love charging your card.
Long story short I will NEVER USE THIS RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL DUMPSTER SERVICE AGAIN! AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

Had a great experience with Roll Off Dumpster Direct. Booking online and scheduling pickup 3 weeks later was extremely easy. Dumpster delivery and pickup came as requested. Couldn’t ask for an easier and more seamless process. Pricing was fair and reasonable. Will be using them again and highly recommend to others!
