After seeing several Redbox dumpsters in the neighborhood, we called to get a quote. They were by far the best price for the size of dumpster and 10 day rental. The whole process from ordering to pick up was so smooth and easy! The guy who delivered it (I forgot to get his name) was very helpful in explaining everything. Today we had the dumpster picked up by Marvin - not only did help me get a few last things in the dumpster, he was talkative and came with a very positive attitude which I so appreciated. It’s so nice to work with a company like this with great customer service! If we ever need to rent a dumpster in the future, we will definitely be calling them back! I highly recommend!!

Dumpster was delivered for a job being done at my house, and I noted the care that was taken by the driver who dropped off the dumpster. Supports were placed under the rear wheels to prevent scarring of my driveway, and two by fours were used across the front for the same. When the job was completed, I was present for the dumpster pick up. The gentleman who was driving, Eddie, was kind and courteous, and I appreciated the service and care that was taken. All in all a very, very good experience from this customer.

Big Nate was prompt, professional and kind. He confirmed placement, and gently eased the box right next to the garage. Andreas who setup the rental was very knowledgeable and such a friendly and efficient young man. Highly recommend both and this service! Excellent job!
