I found this company through a Google search and was relieved to discover they were one of the few available to service the Hialeah area. From the moment I called, I was assured they could assist and would come by to provide a free quote—and possibly complete the pickup the same day.
Eric and his team arrived earlier than scheduled, which was a great start and a clear sign of excellent customer service. After assessing the items, they provided a fair quote and let me know they’d return after completing other scheduled jobs. True to their word, they came back promptly and hauled everything away without issue.
It’s rare to find a company that is both reliable and professional, but Eric and his team exceeded expectations. I’ll absolutely be using their services again once I finish cleaning up and moving into my new townhome. Highly recommend using the company.

I cannot say enough great things about this trash pickup company! From start to finish, the experience was seamless, professional, and stress-free. They arrived on time, were incredibly courteous, and worked efficiently without cutting any corners.

I called Mr. Junk at 10:30 AM yesterday. They arrived at my garage around 130 and it took him two hours to fill their truck with my entire garage. We never ever thought it would fit in one load they puzzled it in So tight, we were absolutely amazed. What a wonderful group of people thank you thank you so much!

Five stars for sure!! No need to look elsewhere for any junk removal companies. I dealt with Erick who is definitely a professional in what he does. I needed a large couch removed from my 2nd floor apartment (with no elevator) quickly and he was able to handle the project with ease. He's polite, courteous and considerate of your time. If he says he's going to do something, rest assured that he will get it done and in a timely manner. Worth every penny. Thank you you Erick!!
