I had medical assistance items that were never used. I wanted to donate them to wherever and whoever could make use of them. Juan and his partner were wonderful. Quickly and easily loaded everything onto the truck. Pricing was reasonable and the service was great. I would use them again, without hesitation.

The worst ever!!! The people they sent to put together our commercial gym equipment did not even know what they were doing! They never finished and we ended up having to take apart both pieces of equipment and put them back together the correct way!! Then they tried to get rid of the trash illegally which we were called by the cops on what they were doing. Worst experience ever! The company as of yet has not made this right with a refund for the installation!! If I could give NO stars I would.

LoadUp Junk was fantastic! They picked up my sofa sleeper quickly and efficiently. Their price was the lowest I found — much cheaper than the competitors — and they said they will donate it, which I really appreciated. Excellent service from start to finish. I very highly recommend them!
