We hired this subcontractor to assist on a project, but they did not uphold the level of professionalism or respect we expect when representing our brand. When questions arose regarding payment timing and documentation, they texted us to “just pay the damn invoices” — which is completely unacceptable language in any business setting. We value partnerships built on courtesy, accountability, and professionalism, and this experience fell far short of that standard.

Wonderful experience. Jared and Molly arrived when they said they would , were very professional and dressed in uniforms. They got started right away and was done quickly. I wish I had found them sooner. I’ve used other companies in the past, but nothing came close to this experience. The price and service is worth trying their company.

No words can express the heartfelt thanks for the extremely quick response and removal of a 500lb. SubZero, dryer, and a whole bunch of stuff I swore I had to keep for over 30 years and just realized no I didn't! :-) thank you thank you thank you highly recommend you'd be silly to choose anyone else!!!!

Jared the owner and operator is a very kind and skilled trade and business man. My wobbly hut/ chicken coop decided to come down on the weekend and was able to get in touch with Jared. Communicate was prompt, good, and price is reasonable. And he even follows up with his work which I have no complaints at all. Pictures said a thousand word. Now, I know who to call when I need someone in JAX! Thank you!

We hired this subcontractor for a project and were extremely disappointed by their conduct. When we requested standard documentation and clarification on billing, they responded by texting us to “pay the damn invoice” and calling our team “clueless and unorganized.” That kind of language and attitude is completely unacceptable in a professional setting. We expect partners who communicate respectfully and represent themselves — and their clients — with professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience was the opposite.
