After a recent storm, a tree in my front yard fell, leaving me with a massive pile of branches and no way to haul them away. I reached out to Junk King Surprise, and the entire experience was a blessing from start to finish.
The very next day, a kind representative called me 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Soon after, I received a call from Anthony, one of the drivers, who gave me a friendly heads-up on his arrival time. Anthony and Chuck were absolutely amazing—they were friendly, professional, and worked with incredible efficiency. They loaded a truck full of tree limbs and branches in just about 20 minutes! As if that wasn't enough, they even swept my yard to make it look completely presentable.
I couldn't be happier with their service. I highly recommend Junk King Surprise for any junk removal needs, and I especially recommend asking for Chuck and Anthony. They truly go above and beyond for their customers.

Dee, Deron, and Anthony did an excellent job. From beginning to end. I'm very pleased with their work. Efficient. Cleaned up the mess from tearing the grill apart. Everything was done professionally. I highly recommend them. They were very good knowing my tortoises were out and made sure they didn't get out the gate. Again thank you

Hondo communicated his pick up well and the office individual called me back promptly. No other company called me back to schedule. I was happy to hear they would take it to recycling instead of the land fill.

The removal staff were incredibly Professional and Super Strong. They removed an old pain in the ass Heavy mattress with ease and quickness downstairs and hauled another heavy Ass, mattress upstairs with ease and quickness as well. I needed that extra help and they provided it. 2 very professional, clean-cut.
And very nice individuals.
