I’ve used Junk King several times myself and have also recommended them to a lot of my clients. They make it incredibly easy to book an appointment, and the crews Scott sends out have always been respectful, professional, and polite. The whole process is seamless from start to finish. I highly recommend Junk King for getting rid of that 1 thing you’ve don’t know how to get rid of - all the way to a house completely full of junk….and yes, that’s the same room in the 2 photos attached

Excellent communication, easy to schedule pick up online. They called the night before and asked if they could come earlier, which wasn’t a problem.

I am redoing my kitchen and needed all the old cabinets to be removed. We called Junk King, North Chelmsford and was absolutely pleased with how quickly the service was performed and the workers' professionalism. They removed all of the old cabinets and extra so fast without fuss or idling, so nice, I would recommend their services to anyone wanting this type of service. We did not get their names but the two guys that did the job... thank you so much and the cost not that bad honestly.

Scheduling was easy and communication about arrival time was prompt and clear. It was unclear to me how the process was going to go. I didn't know if my appointment was to review my situation and get a quote or if it was to review my situation, get a quote and removal, all same day. I would have been more prepared if I had known that the crew was going to provide a quote and remove the items in the same visit. Everyone was courteous, polite and helpful, but they moved quickly and I didn't feel like I had time to review everything that I wanted removed. The quote was higher than I expected, but I believe it was fair so I moved forward with my junk removal that day. After the crew left, I realized there were other items I wished they had removed, but again, I felt a little rushed during the process. All of this to say that I would recommend Junk Kings in the future, but it would be helpful to know that they can/will remove your items same day as the quote so that you can be more prepared with what items you need removed. They also inform customers that there is audio recording for training purposes. I can understand how this might be helpful, however, it made the interaction feel scripted. Again, the crew was wonderful, communicative and punctual, but having a clearer understanding of how the process was going to go would have been helpful for me to be better prepared. A phone call after booking to discuss the process would have been great.

I just wanted to say that I have used other dumpster companies in the past and had bad experiences and this was a good experience. I explained this to the driver who dropped off the dumpster and picked it up and I have to say that he was absolutely courteous, kind, professional, and understood what I had gone through and made sure that this was a really good experience as opposed to the others I’ve had and I appreciate that so I A nice note would be put on his record. Also, I am putting a nice note to Junk King. I’m bad with names. I wish I could remember the name of the driver, but he was very considerate and I think he made sure that this was a good experience. Every time I had to call the company to check on things or had a question everyone I spoke with was courteous. I appreciate that. Thank you very much, Sharon.
