I am redoing my kitchen and needed all the old cabinets to be removed. We called Junk King, North Chelmsford and was absolutely pleased with how quickly the service was performed and the workers' professionalism. They removed all of the old cabinets and extra so fast without fuss or idling, so nice, I would recommend their services to anyone wanting this type of service. We did not get their names but the two guys that did the job... thank you so much and the cost not that bad honestly.

Junk King did a great job! From the initial phone call, the representative was pleasant and gave me the information I needed. I got a phone call saying that they could come to my home earlier if that was ok and it was easy to get in contact with the representative coming out to my home. When Jeremy and Luis arrived they were very friendly and professional and we even had some good laughs. They were quick with taking apart and removing my furniture and I didn’t have to do anything! Price was decent!

I had a small job to get rid of some furniture and home goods at my Mom’s one bedroom apartment after she passed away. Junk King offers quotes in person same day as appointment for pick up. The guys showed up in the slotted window. They gave me the quote which ended up being a lot more than anticipated for a small job ($1,000) but I had to have the apartment cleaned out same day, so didn’t have much choice to haggle. I’d recommend getting a quote prior so you don’t have sticker shock. As a comparison I had my Dad’s 2 bedroom 1 bath house plus contents of a kitchen, garage and basement done for $2700 and it was 6+ hours of work. Based on google reviews I expected them to be more reasonable.
The work only took Junk King guys an hour and most of it was donatable goods and furniture. They were quick with the job. I could have gone without their colorful language at 9am in a senior housing unit. Also left with scuff marks on tile floor and rug they left from dragging furniture. Their boots had mud too so had to vacuum that up. Overall I wouldn’t recommend them just based on my experience with other companies I’ve used in the past.

Sebastian and DC were awesome! Came on time, very communicative, professional, and got the job done in a timely manner. They were also very polite and were able to explain to me why the price was what it was without just throwing a number out there and saying "that's just what it is". Much more reasonably priced than 1-800-got-junk. Will be recommending them and using them again from now on!
