I had a scheduled pickup at my dad’s place for an old bed that, unfortunately, had some remnants of bed bugs. Not the most glamorous job, but Melissa and her crew at Junk King handled it like absolute pros.
From the jump, their communication was on point. They gave me a 9–11 AM window and showed up just after 9 — no waiting around, no nonsense. Melissa even called ahead to check in and let me know they were on the way, which I really appreciated.
When they arrived, they got straight to work. While Melissa was talking with me, her teammate was already breaking down the bed. No hesitation, no judgment, just efficiency and professionalism. They were in and out in under 30 minutes, and the whole process was painless.
Thank you, Melissa, and your entire crew — you made a stressful situation incredibly easy. I’ll absolutely be calling Junk King again the next time I’ve got junk that needs to disappear. Highly recommended!

Will definitely be recommending them to my best friend that is also moving soon. They were in out in 30 minutes going up 2 flights of stairs. Melissa was a pleasure to interact with and the process was smooth. Great experience.

Melissa and her team are absolutely Fantastic! I called and was able to get an appointment almost immediately and they showed up on time, very friendly and respectful of the property,”. They were able to take out my old sofa quickly! I will absolutely use them in the future as I’m renovating my apartment for any other items I may need removed
