Awesome service!!! It was the easiest service I have ever used. Take a few pictures, get a quote with multiple options, schedule service with ultra quick turnaround. No waiting on the phone. No dealing with a call service in a different country handling your account. Quote was half what the bigger, well known services came back with. When they removed my sectional, they were on time, friendly, careful, and clean. Will use them again without hesitation.

I am recommending Stephanie and Mike for anyone who needs help with a clean out! They helped me with my father’s house after he passed, and the experience was flawless! They even took and recycled the electronic equipment! I was so grateful for their compassion, professionalism, excellent communication, and great pricing. I can’t speak highly enough about this team and their services - five stars are not enough!

Great experience using Junk Elves! Sent an email with pictures and received a call. Was scheduled for the next day. Communication via email, text and calls was very attentive! Stephanie and Mike showed up on time and were very careful about removing items from my home. They did so well we are using them again next week for mom’s downsizing. I would highly recommend them!

I found Junk Elves just by doing a Google search. I thought their name was cute and I didn’t really want to use a “bigger” named company so I figured no harm in reaching out. I emailed and sent over some photos of the items we needed picked up and Stephanie responded very quickly with an estimate. I was given an appropriate price and she was extremely nice and always quick to respond. Her and Mike just left and were so great. They were very friendly, professional and down to earth. When I need a bulk pick up again, I won’t hesitate to reach out and use their services again.

I received a prompt call back. They showed up when they said they would and were very courteous and professional. The pricing was fair and reasonable. I would use them in the future if needed.
