I hired JP to remove a piano. There was a small misunderstanding of what type of house, so the price was more than I expected. I can’t express enough how professional the team is, they got the piano out of the house, not one scratch… watching them work together, I would have paid double. Excellent job guys!!!!

This company has excellent customer service. Had a lot of mattresses and box springs for removal. From the beginning of the requested pickup (gave an estimate) until the picking up of the items very customer focused. I did the estimate online which is very user friendly. They scheduled the pickup, called to let me know they were on their way, arrived timely, showed them where the items were and they completed that task within a half hour. That is SERVICE!! I would recommend them to others.

Showed up on-time and completed a bathroom demo (ceramic tile shower stall and floor) in under 3 hours. Place was spotless when job completed. Highly recommend JP Junk Removal.

I was completely satisfied with JP Junk Removal today. Henry and his colleague were so courteous and helpful. I had the basement cleaned up and they completed the job quickly. I highly recommend the company as they care and want to provide excellent service. Josh was also fabulous to work with in scheduling, very accommodating and pleasant. Thank you so much for a great experience. I’m grateful and will come back again when service needed.
