I cannot be more impressed by the level of service. I contacted them after hours, received text messages regarding my needs, and was able to arrange my pickup on the date.,..all in a matter of 2 business days. I'm so happy. JP Junk Removal was also cheaper than what I was quoted previously.
The guys that came to the house were awesome (apologies as I don't remember their names). Very professional, on time, provided update on their arrival, and worked within my window without issue.

super fast service. i was looking for a haul away service and they replied back so fast and came the next day to take away my items! for the price i think it’s definitely worth it and reasonable. will be reaching out to them for the next haul away, highly recommend these guys 😊

JP Junk Removal was absolutely fantastic. They were responsive, reasonably priced, and unbelievably quick. I emailed them with some pictures to request service late on a Sunday night and I had a response in my inbox Monday morning. A few hours later, the crew stopped by the property to provide a price quote. Christian was able to work with me via text and Venmo to approve the quote and pay. They took everything right then and sent me pictures to confirm all was set before leaving. It was the quickest and most efficient process I could’ve asked for.

After my father-in-law passed away, we realized that the attic of his house was full of 60 years worth of memorabilia and junk. It was going to be a daunting task for us to clean out. I reached out to JP junk and they came out and looked at it and gave us a fair estimate And we scheduled the work. The day came, and they were right on time and two men worked tirelessly to bring down load after load after load from the attic. They took great care to make sure that nothing got broken and they cleaned up completely after they were all done and now they’ve just left and it’s like they were never here. I would use this service again in a heartbeat. A great job and good value.

The best customer service! I contacted them on Saturday (off hours), expecting to hear back on Monday. I received a text within hours of leaving a message. I explained and sent pictures of what was needed to be taken out of the house and again within minutes I had a price quote and a time frame as to when the service could be done. I hope they stay in business forever, I would definitely use them again without a doubt. Thank you, you deserve 100 stars!
