This is my first time using Hippo and I had a great experience. The booking process was quick and straightforward. Did the whole thing online from my phone, scheduled and paid online. Then, the day before delivery they contacted me to confirm and coordinate. They left the dumpster right where I wanted, even though I wasn’t there at time of delivery, and they picked it up without me being there. No hiccups and no surprises. Will definitely use them again.

Do NOT recommend. I personally rented a dumpster and gave directions to leave anywhere in the driveway. After getting back home, the driver had placed the dumpster SO close to my house and next to a tree that it cannot even be opened (my driveway can fit 6 cars, there is plenty of room). After calling to discuss this with their customer service they wanted to charge me AGAIN for a driver to come out and move the dumpster since I am almost an hour from their headquarters!!!! Their drivers should be competent enough to know that the dumpster should be a certain distance from all objects to function properly. This was the drivers fault so I should NOT have to pay for someone to move it. It was pure laziness and incompetence on the Hippo Rental team. On the phone, they said they took instructions from someone at the house (NOT ME) on where to put the dumpster in the driveway (my house is under renovation so they took instructions from the painter, I never gave any verbal or written communications for anyone other than myself to assist in this rental). I asked them who rented the dumpster, who is paying for the dumpster and who should make the decisions - all were answered with my name. Every employee should know that clearance is needed for a dumpster to be opened. Now, here I am hoisting extremely heavy items over the edge of a dumpster because of their team's pure stupidity and lack of knowledge.

It is our second time using Hippo Dumpster. We couldn’t recommend them enough. The processes of booking, delivery and picking up are straightforward and easy. Their customer service answered any questions we had. Would highly recommend !

This company I will use again! Excellent dumpster service that was professional and on time, easy to deal with, and significantly less expensive than the competition. Have used larger companies in the past and was disappointed by poor customer service and hidden costs. For once I was pleasantly surprised!

They are the best. Brought the dumpster as promised on time. Very courteous. They even bought the second one while picking up the first. I called for pickup they were there in an hour. Thanks Hippo Dumpster Rental. You guys are truly the best. Pricing was good as well. Can't complain
