I wish there was a 0 option for a review because gfl is pitiful!!!! They renew contracts without asking the customers if they want to renew...threaten court fines when customers try to switch trash companies and now charging the YMCA 3000.00 to remove their dumpsters because the Y wants to use a different company! Seriously ...the ymca...gfl should be ashamed!!!

No pickup of 6 yd dumpster in two months. This company continues to deduct monthly payments for no service rendered. When first contacted, I was told a work order would be created for a pickup for last week. When that didn't happen, contact was made again yesterday, and I was told it was my responsibility to reschedule a missed pickup. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS! I did contact them and I did think a pickup would be rescheduled for last week, but NO PICKUP last week. No one should be expected to schedule a service for which a contract has been created and the service has not been provided. It's got to be criminal for a company to continue to deduct money from an account with no intention of providing the service.

Dumpster has been emptied. Hate to say it but complaining sometimes get results. We will see if the trend continues for the biweekly service.

My dumpster bottom was rusted out for several months and I could not get it replaced, so canceled service, no one in any department could take care of canceling except one person who I could not get a hold of. Most services will just cancel and send final bill. GFL employees tell me I have to talk to a sales rep to cancel. Apparently there is only one person and if you can't get them to answer your phone call, no one else can take care of it.

I have a 6 yard dumpster service that hasn't been picked up in over three weeks. Garbage piling up and I haven't been able to get a hold of any account manager. Every single day for the last week I've called to find out when they are going to pick up and they say it's been rescheduled to the next day only to get rescheduled again. I'm about to get lawyers involved

Pick up is at their convenience. Needed a replacement garbage can. They picked up the old one, but didn't bring a replacement! Can't talk to anyone, most contact info is only by message on computer!!
