Outstanding service company! I am very pleased with the overall experience. They are one of the better priced companies if not the most affordable. They are quick to answer the phone and help with any questions you may have. The fact that it’s a 2 week service is amazing simply because you don’t feel rushed. All in all amazing company! 1- pricing posted on the website!! How refreshing you didn’t have to call or send an inquiry and then wait for a response. Loved it!!
2- scheduling was also available on their website! Love it! And with such easy!!
3- called when they were about to arrive to ask where to place the dumpster! Love that also!
4- delivery person (Sean) awesome! Super nice and friendly!
5- rental from start to finish was transparent, easy to arrange, delivered and picked up on time and when I had arranged. Super company convenient and one of the best I have seen in a while! Thanks Sean and Dumpster King! You guys keep stopping dropping and rolling!!

So convenient, makes clean up a breeze. Saved time and money. Delivered exactly where it was needed and great customer service too! Definitely recommend if you are needing to do major clean up of unused items and junk. Will absolutely rent again!

I did 2 rounds of renal. Both times dumpsters arrived on time and customer service was really nice. They were picked up on time with all communication done via text and calls with reminders ahead of time. I was very happy with everything until the last pickup of the dumpster when the driver ran over my sprinkler system. No one was at the house and when we got there 2 hours later the entire backyard was flooded. The cap was taken off and pipe was cracked. Water was coming out like a fire hydrant. My husband had to ceal the crack and replace the cap. I called customer service and she was super apologetic. I was told that the owner will call me back. No one ever called me back. Haven’t heard back from anyone since.

I have used Dumpster King about 4-5 times this year. They are always on time. Great customer service and easy to schedule drop off and pickups. Will definitely use them in the future.
