The best thing one can say about a business in the service industry is that they did exactly what they promised to do. That's the case here: I ordered the dumpster on line. That evening, I rec'd a call giving me a time window for the next day. The truck arrived on time and placed the dumpster exactly where it was meant to be. During the next 2 weeks, I gradually filled the dumpster. A couple days before the contract expired, I got a courtesy call asking if I needed an extension or not. Since the answer was "no", they thanked me and said the pickup would happen on the agreed upon date. That day, I was out for an hour or so. When I returned, the dumpster was gone, as if it had never been there. Perfect! I would certainly use them again. And I'd add that, as dumpsters go, its bright blue paint job was very attractive; less of an eyesore than many dumpsters I've seen!

It has been a pleasure dealing with this company. I have been ordering and delivering all via text messages with prompt replies, service, and no issues. Great prices, too! My first 10 yarder from another company cost me $500 and then I stumbled across this gem. Thank you for amazing service! 10/10 highly recommend!!

Will definitely use Blue Dumpster again. Easy to set up reservation and they confirm every step by phone, called me to remind me it was being delivered. Called me to make sure my pick up date was good to go and the dumpster was delivered and picked up as requested. These dumpsters are in great shape no holes or broken doors, and easy to load.

Service is fast, friendly and efficient! We filled ours much faster than planned and requesting an earlier pickup was smooth and easy. I put in a chat request on their site late Friday after normal business hours and still got a response very quickly that they can pick it up Monday. I would recommend them to anyone.
