The best thing one can say about a business in the service industry is that they did exactly what they promised to do. That's the case here: I ordered the dumpster on line. That evening, I rec'd a call giving me a time window for the next day. The truck arrived on time and placed the dumpster exactly where it was meant to be. During the next 2 weeks, I gradually filled the dumpster. A couple days before the contract expired, I got a courtesy call asking if I needed an extension or not. Since the answer was "no", they thanked me and said the pickup would happen on the agreed upon date. That day, I was out for an hour or so. When I returned, the dumpster was gone, as if it had never been there. Perfect! I would certainly use them again. And I'd add that, as dumpsters go, its bright blue paint job was very attractive; less of an eyesore than many dumpsters I've seen!

Service is fast, friendly and efficient! We filled ours much faster than planned and requesting an earlier pickup was smooth and easy. I put in a chat request on their site late Friday after normal business hours and still got a response very quickly that they can pick it up Monday. I would recommend them to anyone.

Renting was so easy! After trying to get my regular trash removal company to just answer their phone or call me back for two weeks, I rented from Blue on their web site in about five minutes! I'm pretty sure I paid less than my regular company would have charged, too. The dumpster was placed exactly where I wanted it, and it was dropped off and picked up without a problem. The company called to confirm everything, but I wasn't able to answer or call back, but that wasn't a problem, thank goodness. I'm VERY pleased with this experience and will definitely rent again in the future!
