They were amazing from start to finish. Starting with “Alan” over the phone. It was my first time renting one of these Bins and he made the initial process a breeze. Then the driver delivered it at the agreed upon time and set everything up and was professional. They also have YouTube videos on what to expect so nothing was really a surprise and I thought that was a nice touch. If you are looking for this type of service these guys are great, give them a try.

I had recently had a rough experience using a different dumpster company and I knew that I still needed to get 1 more to finish my job. I came across, "BIN THERE DUMP THAT" and was so pleased with their professionalism. From the first phone call to the follow up texts and emails it was all done, "right." I would happily recommend them and would use again if needed.

The BTDT team is great to work with. They helped my small business take on a much larger project than we could have taken on otherwise, and he handled everything very professionally and with a smile.
