After a recent storm, a tree in my front yard fell, leaving me with a massive pile of branches and no way to haul them away. I reached out to Junk King Surprise, and the entire experience was a blessing from start to finish.
The very next day, a kind representative called me 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Soon after, I received a call from Anthony, one of the drivers, who gave me a friendly heads-up on his arrival time. Anthony and Chuck were absolutely amazing—they were friendly, professional, and worked with incredible efficiency. They loaded a truck full of tree limbs and branches in just about 20 minutes! As if that wasn't enough, they even swept my yard to make it look completely presentable.
I couldn't be happier with their service. I highly recommend Junk King Surprise for any junk removal needs, and I especially recommend asking for Chuck and Anthony. They truly go above and beyond for their customers.

These guys were able to come out the same day. We were just getting back in our home after a flood and there was a ton of stuff that needed hauled away…and quickly!!
These guys were great AND did an amazing job.

Team was very quick and helpful from scheduling a site visit to discussing options and cost. Crew worked fast and made sure the area was spotless and clean. Was very impressed with work and everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Ron and Hunter showed up on time, provided a reasonable estimate and quickly removed the items discussed. They were very professional, friendly and personable and we will use them again. I highly recommend Junk King!
