Wow I was excited to use their service with all the great reviews I read about how funny and light hearted and kind they are. I need a dumpster for my house clean out so I called this place and right away I could hear the tone in the girls voice who answered the phone; "Dumpster," she says. Oh ok is that the greeting? Is that Dumpster Rental Queens? Im sorry I bothered you by calling. I didnt say any of this I just felt all of this.
-I said oh ok Hi I just have some questions for Dumpster rental
-"street or driveway?"
- ok we are getting right into it I guess, its my driveway. Is the....
-"10yard ,20 yard and 30 yard. 15 yard is reserved for dndnmdldldlsldbndndjd(incomprehensible)"
- oh ok I really just need a 15 yard what is it res....
-"i just said its reserved for dndjkdkdkdjehdhe(incomprehensible) and special wastes"
-ok but can I rent it for special wastes AND house hold items?

-ok understood. Thanks. Ok so 10 yards is top small and 20 yards is too much but I need this project done so can you please give me a quote on the 20 yard dumpster?
-"$795 not including taxes. Includes 2 tons of weight. It's $115 for dhshjsksksmdks(incomprehensible)"
I think to myself thats definitly one of the highest prices Ive seen around and i didnt even catch the 2nd half of her explanation because she talks so low and fast and angry. I was scared to ask her to repeat herself she definitly would have been pissed. But ok I ask her about the 10 harder then just to see the price.

That experience was terrible. I rarely write a bad review. Maybe this is 2nd ever in my life? She was terrible im sorry. I really need that dumpster and I have questions and I was too scared too ask her because she seemed pissed off and snappy. I also wanted to ask her about pricing and all that and if they can modify prices but that definitely wasnt happening. Maybe I called a different company than the rest of you? Or maybe it was just me and she didnt like my tone? Oh well, they lost a customer cause I have multiple properties I need dumpsters on.
