It’s so wonderful to work with Green Terra. I’ve been building my own house and have used them several times. Teresa is great and all the drivers have been friendly, effective, accommodating and competent.

I highly recommend Green Terra dumpsters. Customer service is impeccable. Answer your calls and your questions within minutes. Dumpster was delivered on time and picked up on time. The driver was extremely polite. He was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Green Terra again.

Had a 20 yard dumpster ordered for a job. Delivery driver I could tell immediately was unsure of himself. Mind you i been doing this 20 years. The driver didnt even know his trucks capabilities and was scared of a very slight driverway pitch. Kept getting out to check the height while backing up had a good 2 ft clearance. Then started to worry about power lines and making excuses that he couldnt drop the dumpster. Note I had another company a month prior drop a 20nl yard for a roof that was done. Driver had zero issues dropping it as clearly he was more experienced. This company didnt drop the dumpster than charged me 150 dollar fee because it couldnt be dropped. I called asking why I was charged when clearly it was their issue. If i didnt just have the same dumpster in the driveway I would have possibly understood. They promised the owner would call me and never did. Very unprofessional! Had Adams disposal drop a dumpster with no issues next day.

We needed about 8 dumpster swaps and they were super easy to schedule and always on time. The women on the phone are always friendly and ready to help! Will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend!

I called a handful of dumpster companies and Theresa (she answered the phone !) was extremely helpful and shared information about the different size dumpsters. Their price was a little cheaper than everyone else. Theresa was very nice and I decided early on to go with Green Terra!! I could have talked with Theresa all day!!!! The dumpster came two weeks later and the gentleman that delivered the dumpster was so nice and I was impressed with his willingness to take the time to show me how to unlock and use the dumpster!!! He was as great as Theresa!!! I am very glad to go with Green Terra Dumpster!!! I genuinely recommend them and I will use them again!!! Patricia B. Snyder-an extremely satisfied customer!!
