Reached out via text message for an estimate to get a range. Joe responded within a half hour and availability for next day. We agreed to move forward with an estimate for our swingset removal. The crew arrived and confirmed our initial estimate and began the demo. When the crew determined the truck was too full to fit all of the debris, they assured us another truck would be right over to collect the remainder, and within 10 minutes they arrived and our site was soon cleared in full. Very happy with the kindness and professionalism we were shown. Highly recommend

Excellent service! The two men were great they worked hard moving all of our exercise equipment, furniture etc and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company and when we are ready to clean out the attic Junk King is who I will call.

Overall positive experience. Would use again/recommend. The driver struggled a little bit to find the house, but he stayed positive and communicated well. Still made it here on time. Both the guys were polite and professional. I just needed legal/eco disposal of an old large TV. I thought the price was reasonable. The firm did not give the price up front (they don't know how much stuff you have, until they arrive). The price is based on how much space your junk takes up on their truck.

Absolutely love this company! Completely transparent, easy, friendly, and fast!
We had moved most of our stuff but had a sofa, coffee table, and bar that had seen better days. These guys came and took everything in a matter of minutes, for less than the other guys had quoted me, and were very kind.
I highly recommend Junk King!

Want to waste your Saturday waiting around for a company that never shows up? Then they are your best bet! Never again.
In response to the busniness owners response-- I attached a screenshot of the email appointment confirmation. I also have the text message confirmations and call logs from me talking to your call center twice. Would you like me to attach those as well? Or do you prefer to gaslight people's poor experience with your company.
